The week after vaca.....

On the week after a vacation which includes all food and drink (read extreme over indulgence of food and drink) its time to get serious.

On the agenda today? Stay at or under my 1300 calorie goal, attempt 30 Day shred day one workout while 22 month old son is awake ( we made it through 13 of the 20 min of the workout until complete chaos/tantrum out broke) and return to gym this evening.  Can I do it?  YES I CAN :)

Heres a few photos of our Great Escape to the Wisconsin Dells Last week.... We has such a great time at the Chula Vista resort.  We may make this an annual family trip :)

365+ Day Challege

Starting on this the second to last day in Dec 2013 I will be starting toward my goals for 2014.

1.) Lose 50 lbs.
2.) Work out for 30 min or more - more days than not work out (aiming for 4-5 days a week)
3.) Make time for myself and become more fit mentally as well as physically.
4.) Conceive bambino number 2 toward the end of 2014 or beginning of 2015 in the best shape of my life.
5.) meet or exceed 64oz water intake daily

DIET DAY 1-
Breakfast 1- 16oz glass of water
                1- raisin cinnamon english muffins  
                 1- kiwi                                              
                 16oz green tea (tazo zen tea) yummy

Lunch  2 cups- avocado blueberry smoothie
             1 cup kale
             2 cup baby spinach
             6 cherry tomatoes
             2 T low cal miso ginger dressing

Dinner  1- garlic roasted sausage link
             1/2c corn
             1c. mac and cheese

water: greater part of a gallon or lime, lemon, orange infused water

exercise; 30 min run/walk, 20 min elliptical, lift arms

Calories in: 1210
Exercise calories burned: 500
